We’re building again!

After doing a survey about lake homes to all of our email friends, we have decided to build a ranch style home on Lot 52. It will have an unfinished basement and great views of the lake! Check back for more details soon!

I liked the tour of your property and would like more info on price of house you are building on lot 52. How big is lot 52. Price on the lots etc. Will be moving to Eastern Tenn. in about 3-4 years. Would like any info on builders, the prices, and what options cost, such as finishing the basement on a house like the one on lot 52. I am in the shopping mode at this time trying to line up my plans. Any help would be great.
