Things are picking up!

The weather in East Tennessee has really been beautiful and things are blooming everywhere.  People are starting to come for their Spring visits and we have already sold 3 lots!  We would love to take you on a tour of the community – so let us know if you are coming through the area soon.

My husband and I want to look at lake properties. dont know much about tenessee. would like to be near a city like Knoxville and also need good medical. we are looking to retire and want to get to know different lake areas in tenessee. any suggestions.

Thank you so much for your interest in our community! Our community is located about 1 hour between Knoxville & Chattanooga, so you get 2 big cities close by. East Tennessee is beautiful place to live, as the season’s are mild and the fall is beautiful! I will shoot you an email with some more detailed info.
