Our little 1st annivaersary spring sale went well and we had pretty good weather. The property was freshly mowed and a lot of the daylilies were just starting to bloom. The lake is completely full pool so you can tell that summer isn’t far off!
We had a lot of repeat visitors and saw many of the residents that already reside at Lakefront Estates. Since I’m the “office girl” and don’t get out much, and I really enjoyed meeting some of the folks that I email all the time. I love being able to put faces with some of the names!
Walt has decided to extend the sale prices until the end of May for all of you that did not have a chance to come by. If you would like to stop by and speak with Marty or Walt, just let us know and we’ll make sure someone can meet you there. I promise you’ll love it. I don’t get to go very often and eveytime I do, I just fall in love with the property all over again!

With 55 of our homesites directly on the water, we know how important having a private dock is to many of our visitors. We ran across a Wall Street Journal article about how in some parts of the country homeowners are paying big premiums for waterfront homes that come with their own dock. That’s not exactly the case here at Lakefront Estates, but you can read the article here.

After the sale of our first lakefront homes earlier this year, we began building two more homes slated for completion in 2009.
The home on Lot 19 will be 3,654-square feet and features three bedrooms on the main level with access to an outdoor entertainment area with fireplace. The 2,930-square-foot home on Lot 31 has a huge deluxe kitchen with windows overlooking the water and a three-car garage.
Both homes are designed for those seeking the convenience and safety of a one-level floor plan. I was just out on the property today and it’s a beautiful December day with the sun shining in the water.
