It’s so pretty at Lakefront Estates!
Posted in Lakefront Living | No Comments »Gosh it’s getting exciting here at Lakefront Estates! Lots of custom homes under construction, docks being built, lots of grass to mow, the flowers have bloomed and the trees are fully leafed out.
The old fisherman are back every day trolling the banks from their boats and the float boats are out on the lake in the evenings. I just love spring on the lake and summer is just around the corner!

Lot 24 is really taking shape.
Posted in Homes | No Comments »Scotty is doing good building the Bastinelli’s big custom home at the waters edge on Lot 24. The roofs on, electric, HVAC and plumbing almost ready for sheetrock, garage poured; it’s looking great. The Bastinelli’s are both experienced in construction and it shows in the details they have added like all the arches and different ceiling treatments. Here’s hoping they throw a big “move-in” party this summer!

It was a beautiful and exciting day today at Lakefront Estates! Bob and Elin Bastianelli watched as builder Scotty Pemberton supervised excavation for their new house on Lot 24. Bob and Elin moved here from Colorado and are renting a house in Spring City while their new lakefront home is being built.
