There is a lot of construction going on at Lakefront Estates. There is a barge at Lot 19 building a dock, Lot 5 is redoing their landscaping and irrigation, Lot 41 is already adding an addition, there is a house going up on Lot 12 and we just approved beautiful house plans for lot 14 & 27! Busy, busy, busy!
We sold lot 44 to a local family working at Watts Bar. It’s a very pretty wooded lot with a lake view. It does not sit directly on the water but they get a boat slip in the community dock. It will make a magnificent home site!

Our spec home on lakefront lot 52 is just about finished. We lack the basement floor and sealing the basement wall and a few things on the punch list. Labdscaping is pretty much complete and looks good except its been hotter than usual on our sod grass! Our decorator, Nancy Johnson, did great. Everyone comments on her choices of colors and finishing details.

Lot 52 has all the sod laid and landscaping done. Being able to run sprinklers from the lake for free irrigation water is a huge bonus to keeping a yard looking good. That’s something TVA does right!

Our spec home on Lot 52 Lakefront Estates is nearing completion! We are installing tile, hardwood, trim and cabinets, garage doors and siding are on, stone is one half done and we will prepare to pour sidewalk and driveway tomorrow! Every room in the house has a great lakefront view.

It was supposed to rain, but turned out to be a beautiful day and fisherman were out in full force. I’m going to have my camera ready from now on to catch the casting, blooming and building going on this Spring!

We started cutting out the basement on Lot 52 this morning. It was muddy, but there are going to be gorgeous lake views from every room in the house. Come visit this spring and see for yourself!

We have been finalizing the floorplan for Lot 52 at Lakefront Estates. Here is the first floor. There will be an unfinished basement too. Let us know what you think. Construction should start soon!

After doing a survey about lake homes to all of our email friends, we have decided to build a ranch style home on Lot 52. It will have an unfinished basement and great views of the lake! Check back for more details soon!
The snow sure is pretty as its the first snow here to last on the ground over a day since 1993. Lots of tree limbs breaking off so I guess we’ll be busy cutting firewood next week!
