We have a lot of construction going on in Lakefront Estates. Lot 9 (below) has started construction and we have homes going up on lot 14, lot 27, lot 44, lot 57 (pictured above) and lot 56 is almost complete. There is also a dock going in for lot 10. We love it when there is this much activity!
If you have not had the chance to visit East Tennessee in the Fall, this is the year to plan a vacation! The fall foliage here is absolutely breathtaking in the mountains and there is a lot of fun things to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which is just a short drive for our resdients here at Lakefront Estates!

We went out on our pontoon boat Sunday to measure water depth for a dock on a lot we signed a contract on this last week. It has been awhile since I had looked at Lakefront Estates from the lake side. With all the docks that have been built and all the new home construction under way it’s changed a lot looking at it from the water! We now look like the vibrant, high energy, laid back neighborhood that I originally envisioned as the developer. Come join us, we have lots of lakefront home sites left just waiting for you!

We have recently had Hunt Productions come to our community to shoot a marketing video for Lakefront Estates. We cannot wait for the finished product to be done soon so we can send it out to all of our prospects. It should be done this week!

Lakefront Estates continues to be the highest quality development on Watts Bar Lake in beautiful East Tennessee. It’s been a gorgeous spring here this year, great weather, one beautiful, windy day after another, lots of glorious rain, early grass, trees and flowers blooming. We are really lucky to live here!
New construction is progressing nicely at Lakefront Estates.
The pace family’s lot 14 is in the sheet rock/trim stage and is absolutely beautiful!
The Lester family home on Lot 11 is nearing completion and has a lot of personality, something different. Mark Whitlock, the builder, has done a fine craftsmanship job on it and the Starks home on lot 56, which is under roof now now is is utilizing some awesome antiques lumber and stained glass.
The Lord’s home on Lot 27 is just getting started, foundation up and ready for lumber. It will have a great lake view.
Plans are coming in on the Johnston home on lot 57 soon. They just purchased their lot this month and are ready to start right away.
Lot 52, a completed house for sale in our subdivision, has a dock under construction as we speak!
We are excited to see almost all our lot owners building their homes. It really makes the subdivision feel like a community!
We just finished installing QR codes on all the available lots in Lakefront Estates in case you stop by and we are not there to take you on a tour. Just scan the code with your phone and you can see lot pricing, plat map of the lot with water frontage and a link to the resrtictions. There are directions at the entrance on how the codes work.
We hope these new codes will answer some of the pricing questions people have about our community when they drop in to look at Lakefront Estates.
