Did you know that the DIY Network came to our community in 2008 and built one of their Blog Cabins? We had a great time with their staff assisting them in the show. Viewers picked the floorplan, the colors, the fixtures and much more, then they gave the cabin away to one lucky winner.

Open House

Special thanks to the Starks family for hosting a very successful open house on Sunday. They offered tours of their beautifully decorated lake front home and asked guests to bring donations for a local food bank in return. They had tons of guests and raised over 420 lbs. of food for the food bank! We hope to have photos of the home interior soon to post online under Mark Whitlock on our builders page.

We have had so much rain at Lakefront Estates – the water is up over the docks! The sun came out today, so hopefully it will be back down in a few days. Hold on to your boats!

Starks Family Home…Done!

The Starks family is excited to announce that they have completed construction on their beautiful custom home on lot 56. My family and I had the chance to take a tour last weekend and it is absolutely breathtaking! The design is so unique and the craftsmanship is exceptional. We know they will enjoy years of fun with their beautiful family in Lakefront Estates!
