With everything fertilized, dark green, leafed out and blooming at Lakefront Estates, we are looking forward to a beautiful summer of boating, skiing, fishing and relaxing here on the water’s edge. Hasn’t it been one of the most georgeous springs ever? Have you ever seen the dogwoods prettier? It’s got to be a record!

Does anyone know that the big gazebo in Lakefront Estates is designed like the antique bandstand at Chilhowee Park in Knoxville? Circa 1919. Lots of history there.

A family from Knoxville bought a lake lot from us the other day. He said they wanted to be at least one hour from work so they wouldn’t be tempted to go back and forth on weekends. Makes a lot of sense to me.
