Here is a website that shows you the daily water level of Watts Bar Lake. It also shows a history so you can compare levels. Great tool!
Looking for a new boat? Come check out the Knoxville Boat Show is this weekend.
We went out on our pontoon boat Sunday to measure water depth for a dock on a lot we signed a contract on this last week. It has been awhile since I had looked at Lakefront Estates from the lake side. With all the docks that have been built and all the new home construction under way it’s changed a lot looking at it from the water! We now look like the vibrant, high energy, laid back neighborhood that I originally envisioned as the developer. Come join us, we have lots of lakefront home sites left just waiting for you!

We have recently had Hunt Productions come to our community to shoot a marketing video for Lakefront Estates. We cannot wait for the finished product to be done soon so we can send it out to all of our prospects. It should be done this week!
Special thanks to all the residents that helped us by particpating as models. Can’t wait to see you on our website!

Two of the Lakefront Estates residents pulled this huge catfish our of the lake the other day. They think it weighed about 30 lbs!

It was supposed to rain, but turned out to be a beautiful day and fisherman were out in full force. I’m going to have my camera ready from now on to catch the casting, blooming and building going on this Spring!

I found this huge turtle near the entrance to Lakefront Estates heading towards the pond on the neighboring property. He was as big as the turtles you find in the zoo! I took a minute and watched him meander through the grass while thinking about all the wildlife I’ve seen at our lakeside community. Nature can be so beautiful if you just stop second to take it all in!
