Marty, our realtor, just sent me some pictures of Lot 19. I forwarded them all to the website guru and he shoud have them up soon. It is a beautiful house – and the only one we have left! Marty just accepted a contract on Lot 31, so don’t hesitate if you are interested in a completed home for a great deal!

Wow! Seems like only a couple of weeks ago we posted a blog showing Bob and Elin in front of their groundbreaking on Lot 24. Now they have a roof, walls, plumbing rough-ins and a beautiful view through….future windows!

The landscaping is done and it looks beautiful! The guys finished the landscaping on lot 31 last week and I got to see this weekend. I took a few pictures up close too and we will get them posted on Lot 31′s web page soon, so make sure you check back in a few days to see all the photos.
Now that the landscaping is complete and the weather is breaking – I expect this house to sell fast!

Scotty built a big stone patio behind lot 19 right at the water’s edge today. It’s going to be great for bonfires and cook outs.

I walked into Lot 31’s kitchen and little keeping room early this morning just as the sun was coming up over the lake. I can see myself sitting there in a big recliner with a cup of coffee.

We are currently constructing our 4th home in Lakefront Estates and are looking towards the future for the next home. As a Realtor, I deal with different people everyday but have realized that buyers have some of the same priorities for their lakefront homes. Through our research, we have found that one level living, energy efficiency, and handicap accessibility are important to our buyers and have therefore included these features in our homes that are currently under construction.
For the next home, we want your opinion. We would like to hear your feedback on what key elements YOU, our prospective buyers, think should be included in our next lakefront home. Any comments or suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.

I took this picture last week in lot 31 when I was trying to take pictures for the website. I love the colors our interior designers picked for the cabinets and counters. They are still working hard in there, but the interior is really coming along. This kitchen gets a lot of natural light off the lake and the view is so pretty.

The house on Lot 19 is really coming along and the stone looks great! The heating and air contractor was there working on Saturday and I saw that the cabinets had been delivered, too. But, of course, the best parts are that terrific lake view and Watts Bar Lake shoreline!

Even with the lake water level dropped a few feet for the winter, the view out the back of lot 31 at 2 miles of water is magnificent.

After the sale of our first lakefront homes earlier this year, we began building two more homes slated for completion in 2009.
The home on Lot 19 will be 3,654-square feet and features three bedrooms on the main level with access to an outdoor entertainment area with fireplace. The 2,930-square-foot home on Lot 31 has a huge deluxe kitchen with windows overlooking the water and a three-car garage.
Both homes are designed for those seeking the convenience and safety of a one-level floor plan. I was just out on the property today and it’s a beautiful December day with the sun shining in the water.
