Special thanks to the Starks family for hosting a very successful open house on Sunday. They offered tours of their beautifully decorated lake front home and asked guests to bring donations for a local food bank in return. They had tons of guests and raised over 420 lbs. of food for the food bank! We hope to have photos of the home interior soon to post online under Mark Whitlock on our builders page.

The Starks family is excited to announce that they have completed construction on their beautiful custom home on lot 56. My family and I had the chance to take a tour last weekend and it is absolutely breathtaking! The design is so unique and the craftsmanship is exceptional. We know they will enjoy years of fun with their beautiful family in Lakefront Estates!

Lot 52 has all the sod laid and landscaping done. Being able to run sprinklers from the lake for free irrigation water is a huge bonus to keeping a yard looking good. That’s something TVA does right!

Our spec home on Lot 52 Lakefront Estates is nearing completion! We are installing tile, hardwood, trim and cabinets, garage doors and siding are on, stone is one half done and we will prepare to pour sidewalk and driveway tomorrow! Every room in the house has a great lakefront view.

We started cutting out the basement on Lot 52 this morning. It was muddy, but there are going to be gorgeous lake views from every room in the house. Come visit this spring and see for yourself!

After doing a survey about lake homes to all of our email friends, we have decided to build a ranch style home on Lot 52. It will have an unfinished basement and great views of the lake! Check back for more details soon!
The Jessups have built their dock and framed their custom home on Lot 11. The way they set the house in the ground gives it a magnificeint panoramic lake view out the back and right at the water’s edge.
It’s going to be breathtaking. Kudos to their architect and builders, they have captured the look Eddie Jessup described when he and Terri bought their lot on that point our in the water.

Scotty is doing good building the Bastinelli’s big custom home at the waters edge on Lot 24. The roofs on, electric, HVAC and plumbing almost ready for sheetrock, garage poured; it’s looking great. The Bastinelli’s are both experienced in construction and it shows in the details they have added like all the arches and different ceiling treatments. Here’s hoping they throw a big “move-in” party this summer!
