All the private docks in Lakefront Estates have a theme like this picture.  Marty and I hate a hodge podge of different styles!  The first 5 docks are complete and in use, with several more permitted and going up soon.  If anyone out there boats Watts Bar, cruise by and see what you think then post a comment!

The dock built on lot 12 with the shorter roof and big open sundeck on one side is a winner.  Add a water slide to the deepest side this summer and it’s perfect!

With 55 of our homesites directly on the water, we know how important having a private dock is to many of our visitors. We ran across a Wall Street Journal article about how in some parts of the country homeowners are paying big premiums for waterfront homes that come with their own dock.
