The landscaping is done and it looks beautiful!  The guys finished the landscaping on lot 31 last week and I got to see this weekend.  I took a few pictures up close too and we will get them posted on Lot 31’s web page soon, so make sure you check back in a few days to see all the photos.

Now that the landscaping is complete and the weather is breaking – I expect this house to sell fast!

That lot 31 under construction in Lakefront Estates has the best backyard lake view I ever saw.  The outdoor kitchen, patio and fire pit will make a great place to entertain.  Then just run a few feet to your own dock and jump in your boat!

The dock built on lot 12 with the shorter roof and big open sundeck on one side is a winner.  Add a water slide to the deepest side this summer and it’s perfect!
